Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty and Services
CyberOne warrants that its personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform CyberOne professional services and that such services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the applicable CyberOne statement of work.
Upon request, CyberOne will re-perform any of its professional services that fail to materially conform to the standards set forth in the applicable statement of work.
A CyberOne customer may terminate professional services under an applicable statement of work for convenience by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, the customer shall pay CyberOne for all services performed and any charges and expenses incurred through the effective date of termination. The customer will receive all work in progress for which payment has been made.
Third-Party Products
All third-party products sold by CyberOne are subject solely to the applicable manufacturers’ warranties. CyberOne passes through to its customers any warranties provided by the third-party manufacturers of such products but does not provide any independent warranties, express or implied, for third-party products it distributes or resells.
CyberOne will provide commercially reasonable assistance to customers seeking warranty support from the applicable third-party manufacturer.
