As a founder of CyberOne, Tera has had the opportunity to help some of the world’s largest enterprises improve their cybersecurity posture. Throughout her career, Tera has had the opportunity to work in capacities including sales, go-to-market strategy and professional services with hundreds of manufacturers, distributors and clients. A busy mom who strongly believes in healthy work-life balance, Tera holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

Marchaune holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay.

With expertise ranging from enterprise threat and risk management to security strategy and planning and beyond, Ricky has helped enterprises navigate compliance monitoring and security operations processes to adhere to industry standards. He is a regular presenter at information security conferences and associations and received his BBA in MIS from Texas A&M University.

Joseph Cordaro is a founding partner, cybersecurity expert, and VP of Sales for CyberOne. He has over 18 years of sales and technical experience working in various roles from a customer, vendor and partner perspective. As a trusted advisor to some of CyberOne’s largest enterprise customers, Joseph has played a key role in helping them improve their cybersecurity programs, guiding them through the technical process, and providing support as they build or adjust their technology stack. Joseph holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

His background includes expertise working with numerous early stage, startup organizations and has developed territories from the ground up while exceeding sales targets all within fast paced, dynamic environments. His leadership role covers not only guidance and strategy for the current sales team, but also focuses on expanding CyberOne in future growth territories and beyond. Steve has a degree in marketing with emphasis on Professional Sales, Business Management, and Accounting from University of Houston – Clear Lake.

He works with clients to help provide solutions to topics such as navigating complex regulatory requirements to creating strategic IT plans for large global enterprises. Sanjay holds a degree in Management Information Systems from University of Texas – Arlington.
